A parenting simulator for real-life moments
Rehearse the meltdown before it happens.
Bedtime stalls. The car seat fight. Candy at eye level. Practice what to say with a goose family that acts just like yours, then try it for real.

At the Checkout
In the checkout line, Leo grabs a bag of gummy bears from the rack. “I want it!” Back by the bananas, you said no candy today. Half the cart is already on the belt.
What would you say or do?
Sometimes the tower falls. Loudly.
Get down low. Stay close. Don’t build it for them.
Tower number two. Built solo.
Knowing the advice is easy. The next ten seconds aren’t.
So Parentice doesn’t hand you a script. It puts you in the moment and lets you practice the whole thing, from the first word to the follow-through.
-
1
Tell us what’s going on
A few quick taps about your child, the moment and what you’ve already tried.
-
2
Play it out
Three rounds of choices. Your gosling reacts to each one, the way a real three-year-old would.
-
3
Talk it through
Look back at where things turned with the goose, and why.
-
4
Take it home
Save your plan to the Playbook, try it for real, and pick up from there next time.
Sound familiar?
Tap a moment. There’s a practice for each one.
“Two more slides” was three slides ago.
Warm and firm. Never shaming.
Success isn’t a kid who obeys on the spot. It’s a parent who can name the feeling, keep the limit, follow through and reconnect afterward.
- Grounded in researchEvery practice links at least two readings you can open.
- True to your child’s ageA two-year-old and a five-year-old get different practices.
- No threats, no spankingChoices, time-ins, follow-through and repair.
- Safety firstIf someone may be hurt, practice waits. Getting safe comes first.
